Year 7 Poetry Slam

On Friday teachers launched this year's Year 7 Poetry Slam. Our Year 7 students heard a number of recitals including Miss Hackling with "Messy Room, Mr Douglas with "The Pasty" and Mr Postlethwaite with "Invictus". The students will now have a couple of weeks to create their own poems and then perform them at the next Poetry Slam. We are really looking forward to hearing what they come up with.
