Ofsted monitoring visit
We are glad to announce that Ofsted's first monitoring visit since last summer's inspection of Bridge Learning Campus will take place on Thursday 13th December.
Monitoring inspections focus on the actions taken by the school’s leaders and those responsible for governance to tackle the areas for improvement identified in last Summer's report.
We are very proud of the progress we have made since the report was published and are pleased that one of the original inspection team will be returning to carry out the monitoring inspection.
During her visit, HMI Sarah McGinnis will visit lessons, speak with with staff, students, governors and trustees and will also consider parents' views by looking at responses on Parent View, Ofsted's online survey that gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school. To register your views on our school, please follow this link and follow the instructions.
After the inspection, Mrs McGinnis will prepare a monitoring inspection report. This must include an assessment of the effectiveness of the action taken by the school towards removal of the serious weaknesses designation. We will publish this report, which will be in the form of a letter, as soon as we are able to do so.
Thank you for your support as we continue to raise standards for all students at Bridge Learning Campus.
