At Bridge Learning Campus we offer a small number of pre-loved second hand items of uniform for families that may need this support. If you would like to discuss this further please contact your child’s Head of Year in the first instance in Secondary or one of the pastoral members of staff in Primary.
Uniform updates on purchasing
Monkhouse are introducing Klarna as a new flexible payment option for all online orders over £50. Just in time for back-to-school season, this update makes shopping easier for parents and carers by helping to spread the cost.
With Klarna, customers have the following options:
- Pay in 30 days, or
- Split the cost into 3 interest-free payments

Uniform Guidance Nursery to Year 6
Student’s Nursery- Year 6:
- All years Black tailored trousers, black tailored knee-length shorts or black knee length skirt
- Plain green polo shirt with or without BLC logo on the chest (www.monkhouse.com) or (www.myclothing.com)
- Green sweater with or without BLC logo (www.monkhouse.com) or (www.myclothing.com)
- Grey or black pinafore dress
- Green gingham dresses (summer term only)
- White, grey, black or green socks/tights
- Black shoes (no trainers)
Guidance Year 7 to Year 11
Compulsory items:
- Tailored black trousers (not tight at the ankle, not skinny, denim or leggings style)
- Knee length black pleated skirt (no other types of skirts are permitted, i.e ‘Pencil’, ‘tube’ skirts) or tailored black shorts (eg no sports, cargo, denim or lycra shorts)
- Navy Jumper with BLC Logo on the chest
- Black blazer with BLC logo on the chest (Optional)
- Plain white shirt
- Clip-on House tie
- White or black socks; flesh-coloured or black tights
- Completely black shoes or trainers (no coloured markings allowed, no open-toe footwear)
Optional items:
- Summer uniform: Jumpers are optional during Term 6.
