After School Clubs
Welcome to our After School Club page.
In light of recent government decisions, we regret to inform you that our Sports clubs will no longer be running this term. We hope clubs will be able to re-start in the January term.' Best Regards Mr Knight and the PE team.
An extended school is one that provides a range of activities, often beyond the school day, to help meet the needs of its pupils, their families and the wider community.
Bridge Learning Campus offers a varied range of activities including:
Homework Support, play/recreation, sport, chess, radio, dance, music/drumming, arts and crafts and other special interest clubs.
There is evidence that extended services can help to:
- improve pupil attainment, self-confidence, motivation and attendance
- reduce exclusion rates;
- better enable teachers to focus on teaching and learning
Our After School Clubs are in high demand. Year 1 to Year 6 children are able to choose two clubs of their choice. We do expect children to attend all sessions. If two or more sessions are missed their place may be offered to another child.
Year 10 will need to sign up daily from at breaktime for their chosen club. Student Services will then ParentMail you home to make you aware. Any children that have not signed up will not be able to take part in that evening club.
For all club enquiries please email email@example.com or contact Student Services on our school number ext 2017.
