What is the SSC?

The Student Support Centre (SSC) is a thirty place centre for students in Key Stage 3 and 4 who need additional support out of their mainstream setting to acquire the skills to enable them to access education successfully.

The aim for KS3 students is to support them back into mainstream schools so that they can continue to successfully engage in their education. For KS4 students the centre offers a range of accredited programmes and we aim to support the students until the end of Y11 and on to employment or further education.
