Temple House as with all of the Houses is named after a Bristol Bridge.
Although Temple House is not an actual temple we do try to operate under some similar principals. Although we have no religious basis we do believe that all people within Temple house should feel valued and safe. As a House we try to recognise the diverse make up of both our House and the school. As such all are encouraged to feel free to express themselves but to recognise how their actions may impact on others.
All are encouraged to work as part of a team for the greater good of the House. Individuals are expected to take responsibility for their actions and understand how their actions have affected others. All Temple students are asked to look out for each other, with the older students having a special responsibility in guiding and setting positive examples for our younger students. As a house all are encouraged to push themselves, and as our motto says - ‘Strive for success'.
