Phase 1 Reception

We have two reception classes. One called Tucan class and the other called Parrott Class. We believe learning should be fun and exciting.  Both classes have 30 children between the ages of 4 and 5 years old.

Parrot Class

Our class teaching team is comprised of one teacher, Mrs Munnings and our Learning Support Assistant, Miss Delany. 

Tucan Class

We are a three strong team comprising of job sharing teachers Mrs Abbott and Mrs Carter and Mrs Payne our Nursery Nurse.

We aim to provide the children with the skills to be independent, happy and motivated learners.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum which enables us to use a range of adult directed and play based opportunities to ensure the children achieve their full potential; ready to move on and be successful in year 1.
