Team 2 is made up of four classes: Falcon, Hawk, Kite and Kestrel classes. We are children from Year 4 and 5; ages 8 to 10 years old.
Falcon Class
Welcome to Falcon Class which consists of Year 4 and Year 5 children. We provide the children with fun and exciting ways to learn and we regularly have ‘Wow factors', like a recent crime scene in the Phase Two playground, which are used to engage the children in their learning. The children learn a range of subjects and skills, across the curriculum, which will help them to become independent and lifelong learners. Miss Tovey and Mrs Lawrence
Hawk Class
Hawk class is one of the four classes in Team Two (Year Four and Five) and we are taught by Mrs Broad. In Hawk class, we enjoy learning, especially Science, Topic and Art. In our class we have many talents, including: gymnastics, creative writing, singing and making other people laugh. There is always a lot going on in our classroom and we like asking lots of questions and going on trips… We also enjoy sharing our own ideas and thoughts, as well as out feelings in our circle times. As a class we have strong friendships within our school and with the children of New Fosseway too.
Kite Class
Kite Class are a group of Year 4 and 5 learners. Our teacher is Ms Hall. We enjoy talking about our learning and getting active - these things help us to understand and remember what we do in lessons.
Kestrel Class
Kestrels class are a group of intelligent and motivated learners. We work well as a team and enjoy a calm atmosphere in most lessons. We enjoy playing together and work hard to be kind to each other. We like it when we go on trips and year 5 enjoy band practice each week. Our favourite lessons are Art, French, Literacy and Numeracy and our favourite time of day is the afternoon because that's when we have fun. Kestrel Class is taught by Miss Harrison.
